Our traditional Japanese "chasaku" (matcha spoon) measures the perfect amount of powder for 1 matcha serving – 2 scoops will do nicely. Hand-made from high-quality purple bamboo.

Two things are crucial to making matcha as the Japanese do: the quality of green tea ground to make a powder, and the choice of whisk or chasen for mixing the matcha to a fine froth.
