At North Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

    Standard Returns – You have 15 days to let us know if you’d like to return an item, then another 14 days to send it back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and labels, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

    Refunds – If returning your entire order, we’ll refund the original item price + cheapest standard delivery cost. If returning part of an order, the original shipping cost is not refunded. Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving your return.

     If your original order qualified for free delivery but returning an item brings your total below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery fee £4.95 will be deducted from your refund.

    Fixed delivery fees for large and heavy items are non-refundable in any case.

    Faulty or Damaged Items – Please report any damage or faults within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@northhome.uk with photos of the products and all packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if necessary.

    Made-to-Order & Personalised Items – These items cannot be returned unless faulty. If a fault is found, we reserve the right to attempt a repair or replacement at our expense first before accepting a return.

    Commercial Use Returns – Our products are for private use. If items are used for photoshoots, set styling, influencer content, or commercial purposes, a restocking fee of 25% will apply upon return. Any signs of use may result in further deductions from the refund. If you need items for professional use, please contact us before purchase.
