Returns and Refunds

At North Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt.
  • Faulty Items: If the item you received is faulty, we will cover the postage costs for the return. We will either send out a replacement or process a refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about the item, you are responsible for covering the postage fees for the return.
  • Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging with original tags and labels attached, and in a re-sellable condition.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately upon receipt at info@northhome.co. We will require photos of the packaging and the damaged item to process your claim. It's advisable to take pictures of the parcel before opening if it appears damaged in transit.
  • Made to Order & Special Order Items: Some items are subject seperate terms and conditions becuase of their being made to order or acquired by special request. This will be obvious on the webpages for the items this applies to.
  • Handmade Items Disclaimer: Please note that most of our products are handmade, and variations in appearance and colour can occur. We want you to be aware of this before making a purchase. If you'd like to see images of the items in stock before purchasing, please reach out to us at shop@northhome.co.
