Returns and Refunds

At North Home (INHEMSK Retail Ltd) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, the following policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Standard Returns

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you would like to return an item.

Once your return has been authorised, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in their original packaging
  • with tags and labels intact
  • in a fully resalable condition

Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • If you return your entire order, we will refund the item price plus the cheapest standard delivery cost originally paid.
  • If you return part of an order, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Free Delivery Orders

If your original order qualified for free delivery, but returning items brings the order value below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery fee (£4.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Large & Heavy Item Delivery

Delivery charges for large, heavy, or specialist courier deliveries are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • photographs of the product
  • photographs of the packaging
  • your order number

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate, including return shipping where necessary.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

Made-to-order or personalised items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see alternative Made to Order Ts& Cs

If a fault is identified, North Home (INHEMSK Retail Ltd) reserves the right to repair or replace the item first before accepting a return or issuing a refund.

Commercial Use Returns

Products sold by North Home (INHEMSK Retail Ltd) are intended for private use.

If items are purchased and used for:

  • photoshoots
  • set styling
  • influencer or promotional content
  • commercial or professional purposes

a restocking fee of 25% may be applied to any return.

If returned items show signs of use, additional deductions may be made from the refund.

If you require items for professional use, please contact us before purchase so we can advise accordingly.
