5. Ordering & Payment
Order Confirmation
After placing an order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product availability issues.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
We accept:

- Klarna and other payment providers where available.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control including:
- courier delays
- customs processes
- severe weather
- logistical disruptions

International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns policy forms part of these terms.
Standard Returns
Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt provided they are:
- unused
- in original packaging
- with labels and tags intact
- in resalable condition
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
If returning the entire order we will refund:

the cheapest standard delivery charge originally paid
If returning part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded.
Free Delivery Orders
If an order originally qualified for free delivery, but a return reduces the order value below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery fee may be deducted from the refund.
Delivery charges for items with fixed delivery fees (e.g. large furniture) are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
8. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
Made-to-order or personalised items are produced specifically for you.
For this reason they cannot be returned unless faulty.
If a fault occurs we reserve the right to repair or replace the item first before offering a refund.

9. Commercial Use
Products sold by North Home are intended for private consumer use.
If items are used for commercial purposes including:
- photoshoots
- interior styling
- promotional campaigns
- influencer or social media content
- brand collaborations
returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Additional deductions may be applied if items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
If you require products for professional use, please contact us before purchase.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, INHEMSK Retail Ltd trading as North Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.
