We strive to display product colours and images accurately. However, actual colours may vary due-to our items being handmade and the use of things like reactive glazes as well as the monitor settings you have on your system. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
5. Ordering and Payment
- Order Acceptance: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as well as 'time-to-pay' systems, as indicated on our website.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.
- Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

7. Returns and Refunds
- Standard Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt if they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty item, we will cover return postage costs and offer a replacement or full refund, including delivery fees.
- Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return postage costs.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in original packaging with tags and in a resalable condition.
- Damaged Goods: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item at info@northhome.uk. Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- If returning the full order, we will refund the item price + the cheapest standard delivery fee.
- If returning part of an order, the original delivery fee is not refunded.
🚚 Free Delivery Orders:
If a return brings the total order value below the free delivery threshold, the standard delivery charge (£X) will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery charges for items subject to fixed delivery costs are non-refundable in any case.
8. Commercial Use and Returns
Our products are intended for private consumer use. If items are used in a commercial setting—including but not limited to photography, interior styling, set decoration, promotional displays, influencer content, social media campaigns, or brand collaborations—returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price. Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with original packaging, labels, and tags. If items show signs of commercial use beyond standard inspection, we reserve the right to apply a further reduction in refund value to account for diminished resale value. By purchasing from North Home, customers confirm that their items are for private use unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase. If an item is intended for professional or commercial use, please contact us beforehand to discuss hire or purchase options.
