What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We aim to process and pack your order within 24 hours.

Do You Ship Internationally?

International shipping options can be selected at checkout. Prices vary depending on destination.

There are no delivery time estimates available for international deliveries, but you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

How can I amend my order?

Can I Pre- Order an item if out of stock?

Send an email to with the item you are interested in and we will get an estimated delivery for you and where possible reserve them.

How can I request a return and refund?

If you need to change or return your order for any reason, we are here to help you. Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund, store credit, a different product. Please contact us at  adding your order number.

What to do if my items arrive damaged?

 Please inform us at  within 48 hours if a product you receive is damaged in any way. We will require photos of the packaging and the items concerned so that we can raise the issue with our delivery company.
