About North Home
What is Japandi?
Japandi is a hybrid design style that blends Scandinavian minimalism with Japanese aesthetics.
It combines the clean lines and functionality of Nordic design with the calm, balanced philosophy found in Japanese interiors. The result is a space that feels warm, simple and timeless.
It’s one of the design influences we love most at North Home.
Do you have a physical store?
While we have previously had a retail space in Leeds, we are currently seeking new retail locations and focusing on on delivering carefully curated design pieces directly through our website.

Shipping & Delivery
What shipping methods are available?
Within the UK, most orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery services.
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Available delivery options and prices will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Do you ship internationally?
In many cases we can arrange international shipping.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us via web chat or email with the item you are interested in and your delivery address.
We will provide a delivery quote and estimated shipping options where possible.

Orders
Can I amend my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please email info@northhome.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to help make the change.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I pre-order an item that is out of stock?
In many cases we can arrange pre-orders or restocks.
Please email info@northhome.uk with the product name or link and we will check availability with the supplier and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.
How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order, please email info@northhome.uk as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and issue a refund. If it has already been shipped, the order will need to be returned according to our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
How can I request a return or refund?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery by emailing info@northhome.uk and including your order number.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact info@northhome.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
