Our traditional Japanese whisk has been hand-made from high-quality purple bamboo in a centuries-old manner: the prongs have been cut and tied by hand. The timeless design is minimalist and efficient.
Two things are crucial to making matcha as the Japanese do: the quality of green tea ground to make a powder, and the choice of whisk or chasen for mixing the matcha to a fine froth. To really up your experience though, you need a matcha bowl and matcha spoon.
