Wooden Stool in Chestnut by HKLIVING – Glossy Mango Wood Mushroom Stool & Side Table

A glossy chestnut stool with a playful mushroom shape and a warm, golden glow.

The Wooden Stool in Chestnut by HKLIVING, known in their range as the "Wooden stool chestnut", is carved from solid mango wood, with a round, rimmed top on a tapering stem that splits into sculpted feet. It's finished in a warm chestnut high-gloss stain that brings out the rich grain of the wood.

At 34cm across and 52cm high, it works beautifully as a side table beside a sofa or bed, a plant stand or a decorative piece in its own right.

Also available in a deeper Burgundy Brown with an hourglass shape.

Styling Suggestions

• Place it beside a velvet sofa or daybed with a candle or a drink on top
• Use it as a plant stand by a window or as a bedside table
• Pair with olive green, terracotta and patterned fabrics for a relaxed 70s feel
• Group with other wooden and ceramic side tables for a collected look

Why We Like It

It has so much character. The mushroom shape is fun without being twee, the high-gloss finish makes the mango wood glow, and it's just the right height for a side table.
