Spacious Lowboard in Cream by HKLIVING – 160cm Low Sideboard with Four Drawers

A long, low cream lowboard with four generous drawers and chunky, rounded handles.

The Spacious Lowboard in Cream by HKLIVING, known in their range as the "Spacious lowboard cream", is a sleek, very low drawer unit made from sungkai wood with a smooth cream finish. Four wide drawers are arranged in two rows, and soft, rounded square handles give the clean block shape a friendly, retro feel. It sits on a slightly recessed plinth, so it appears to float just above the floor.

At just 36cm high and 160cm wide, it's designed for storage rather than electronics, so there are no cable holes to interrupt the smooth back. Use it to keep books, games, throws, records or paperwork neatly out of sight in a living room, bedroom or hallway.

Styling Suggestions

• Place it in front of a window or under a large artwork and style the top with glassware, vases and a pleated lamp
• Use it at the foot of a bed for blankets and spare linen
• Pair with warm wood floors, olive and moss green textiles and plenty of plants
• Keep the styling low and relaxed with a stack of books, a tray and a sculptural object

Why We Like It

We love how low and generous it is. It gives a room a relaxed, grounded feel, the drawers swallow a surprising amount, and the rounded handles add just the right amount of personality.
