Seletti Tetris Mirror 2.0 - Contemporary Geometric Wall Mirror in Gold

Also see the original Tetris Mirror from Seletti, and the Seletti Pixel Mirrors.

The Seletti Tetris Mirror 2.0 is a contemporary geometric wall mirror in gold that takes a classic baroque frame and knocks it out of line. Designed by Giampiero Romanò, the ornate gilded frame is sliced into sections that sit on offset, layered levels, as if part of the mirror has slipped sideways mid-game. From across the room it reads as a traditional statement mirror, then the shift catches your eye and it becomes a piece of wall art.

Styling suggestions

Hang it above a fireplace, console table or sideboard where it can be seen straight on, so the offset sections line up for the full effect. It looks especially striking against a dark or deeply coloured wall, where the gold frame really glows, and sits happily alongside other playful Seletti pieces such as the Monkey Lamp or the Love in Bloom vase.

Why we like it

It is a mirror with a sense of humour. Seletti has taken the most traditional kind of mirror there is and given it a modern twist without losing any of the glamour, so it works in a period home just as well as a contemporary one.
