This is the Nienke Sikkema for HKLIVING Glasses set in Emerald: four drinking glasses in a deep, jewel-toned green that sit somewhere between functional glassware and sculptural objects. Each glass in the set is intentionally different in scale and proportion, ranging from 10 to 11.5cm in height, with a form that shifts subtly from one to the next. The effect feels collected rather than mismatched, and the variation gives the set a handmade, considered quality that a uniform set simply cannot replicate.

The design came out of a collaboration between HKLIVING and glass artist Nienke Sikkema, whose approach to her craft (described as molten timing and controlled chaos) is written into every curve and facet. Gem-like elements appear throughout the form, in the weighted footed base and within the bowl itself, creating a visual rhythm that ties the pieces together despite their individual differences. In the hand, they feel deliberately substantial. At the table, they have the kind of presence that makes people reach for them first.

Use them as wine glasses, cocktail glasses, or simply as a beautiful way to serve water. Each set arrives in its own branded box, making this as strong a gift as it is a personal buy.

The emerald green works especially well against natural table surfaces, raw linen, pale oak, or aged timber, where the depth of colour can really land. For a more considered table setting, pair with warm-toned ceramics, brass cutlery, or unglazed stoneware for a look that feels rich without being formal.
