Rich, spiced and deeply warming, this handmade Mulled Wine Syrup from Makers & Merchants makes it easy to create a festive drink in moments. With classic winter spices and a touch of elderberry for depth, it turns a bottle of red into a cosy seasonal ritual — or adds bold flavour to bakes, poached fruit, or even a splash in a hot chocolate.

Key Features:

Handmade in Somerset by Makers & Merchants
Spice blend includes cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and allspice
Designed for mulling red wine or flavouring seasonal bakes
250ml glass bottle
Ingredients: Sugar, water, spice blend (cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg, coriander), elderberry concentrate, citric acid
Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy 1110kJ / 261kcal, Fat 10g (of which saturates 10g), Carbohydrate 63.9g (of which sugars 63.7g), Protein 0.1g, Salt 0g

Why We Like It:
This syrup takes the guesswork out of festive drinks, delivering a perfectly balanced blend of spices with just the right amount of fruitiness. It feels like Christmas in a bottle — but we love using it in desserts all year round too.
