This therapy eye pillow from Meraki helps you de-stress and relax. The clay beads inside the linen and cotton cover weigh gently over the eyes as you lie on your bed or meditate. Use the eye pillow warm or cold. Either heat the pillow in the microwave, find a comfortable spot and place it over your eyes. Or put it in the freezer and enjoy the cold over your eyes, especially if you experience puffiness. You will immediately feel the relaxing and refreshing effect. The cover can easily be removed and washed.
How to use the pillow:
Remove all tags and make sure your microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely. Put the pillow in the microwave and make sure to distribute the weight evenly. Heat it in 10-second intervals and never for more than a minute total. After each interval, check the temperature of the pillow and rotate it. Wait 20-30 seconds before using it. To cool the pillow, place it in a sealed back for 2 hours in a freezer.
