Jax Modular Sofa Hocker Footstool in Sneak Light Grey by HKLIVING – UK Fire-Compliant Ottoman

A generous, rounded footstool that doubles as an extra seat or a chaise end for your HKLIVING Jax sofa.

The Jax Modular Sofa Hocker Footstool in Sneak Light Grey by HKLIVING, known in their range as the "Jax couch: element hocker, sneak, light grey", is a square, softly rounded ottoman at the same 43cm height as the Jax seats. Push it up against a seat to make a chaise for lounging, or use it on its own as a footstool or extra seat.

It's upholstered in HKLIVING's "sneak" fabric, a soft, light grey chenille flatweave in 100% polyester with a subtle woven texture. It's hard-wearing too, with an abrasion rating of 38,000 Martindale rubs and the top pilling class of 5.

Every piece in the HKLIVING Jax modular sofa range shares the same 43cm seat height and 65cm seat depth, so you can mix corners, ends, middles, curves and footstools into a sofa that fits your room, from a compact two-seater to a large corner or U-shaped layout. It works especially well in front of a corner or end element, and for a smaller option there's also the small hocker.

This UK version of the Jax meets the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended), and its fillings and fabric meet the cigarette and match ignition requirements.

Styling Suggestions

• Push it against a seat element to create a chaise end
• Use on its own in front of the sofa as a footstool
• Top with a large tray to use it as a soft coffee table
• Pull it out as extra seating when friends come round

Why We Like It

It's endlessly useful. One day it's a footstool, the next it's a chaise or an extra seat, and its soft, rounded shape matches the rest of the Jax perfectly.
