Le Feu Price Match Guarantee

Buying a Le Feu fireplace is a big decision, so we want you to feel confident buying from us. If you find the same Le Feu fireplace or accessory cheaper at another UK retailer, we'll match the price. If you've already bought from us and find it cheaper within 14 days of delivery, we'll give you the difference as North Home store credit.

How it works

Before you buy

  1. Send us a link to the lower price on the competitor's website, using the chat or email.
  2. We'll check it against the terms below, usually the same working day.
  3. If it qualifies, we'll send you a matched price to check out with.

After you've bought

If you find the same item cheaper within 14 days of delivery, send us your order number and a link to the lower price. If it qualifies, we'll add the difference to your account as North Home store credit, which you can spend on anything in our store within 12 months.

What qualifies

To be matched, the lower price must meet all of the following:

  • UK retailer: sold by a UK-based retailer, priced in pounds sterling and delivered to UK mainland addresses.
  • Authorised stockist: sold new by a retailer authorised to sell Le Feu, not through a marketplace seller (such as eBay, Amazon third-party sellers or Facebook Marketplace).
  • Identical item: the same model, size (Classic 525 or Large 625), dome colour, burner, pole length and colour, base or legs, and finish.
  • New and boxed: not ex-display, refurbished, graded, second-hand or in damaged packaging.
  • In stock: available to buy and ready to ship, not on pre-order or back-order.
  • Live on the day: the price must be current on the competitor's website on the day you buy from us, or on the day you make your claim.
  • Available to everyone: open to any member of the public, not membership, trade, staff, loyalty or login-only pricing.
  • Total delivered price: we compare the competitor's price including their delivery charge with our price including ours.
  • Verifiable: we must be able to see the price ourselves on the competitor's website. Screenshots are helpful but aren't enough on their own.

New-customer offers

We'll include a competitor's new-customer offer if it's shown openly on their website, is available to any first-time customer and applies to the Le Feu item you want.

What doesn't qualify

  • Discount codes and vouchers other than an openly advertised new-customer offer. This includes personal, influencer, affiliate, email-only, cashback and loyalty codes.
  • Clearance, closing-down, flash or limited-quantity offers.
  • Prices that are clearly a mistake on the competitor's website.
  • Bundles or packages, unless the competitor's bundle matches yours exactly.
  • Prices from retailers outside the UK.

The small print

  • The guarantee applies to Le Feu fireplaces and accessories only.
  • It can't be combined with any other North Home offer, discount or promotion.
  • Claims after purchase must be made within 14 days of delivery and are paid as North Home store credit, valid for 12 months from the date it's issued, not as a refund to your original payment method.
  • Limited to one claim per item, for household quantities. It doesn't apply to trade orders or items bought for resale.
  • We may decline a claim that doesn't meet these terms.
  • We may change or withdraw the guarantee in future. This won't affect any price match we've already agreed.
  • The guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't affect them, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery.
